Diagnosis: Lupus erythematosis, Systemic / Lupus erythematosis vasculitis / Purpura

Comments: This 42-year-old woman with systemic lupus erythematosus developed digital infarcts during a flare of disease activity. She had a positive antinuclear antibody titer of 1:1280 on Hep-2 cells by immunofluorescent antibody.
