What are clickers?

“Clicker” is the term commonly used to refer to a Student Response System (SRS), Classroom Response System (CRS), Personal Response System (PRS), or Classroom Performance System (CPS). Such systems allow instructors to easily and quickly poll, collate, and display student responses using a handheld devices, a receiver and a computer.

For more information on clickers see this Educause page.
