• Items shown in bold are required.
• Instructors are responsible for determining whether their use of copyrighted materials falls under Fair Use. Submission of reserve requests indicates acceptance of responsibility for copyright compliance.
• Book requests are limited to 30 books per course.
• The Art Library will make 5 photocopies per course. Additional photocopies of journal articles and book chapters must be provided by the course instructor. Please provide a clean 8 1/2 x 11" copy of the article or chapter.
