Request Material for Delivery to Another UI Library (includes Main Storage)
Request form is available in the Holdings display of the InfoHawk catalog record for each title.
Library users may request that materials owned by one University of Iowa Library be sent to and held for pickup at another University of Iowa Library
or be delivered to an office on the UI campus via campus mail

Interlibrary Loan & Document Delivery
Request to borrow items or get copies of journal articles not owned by UI Libraries;
Request copies of journal articles and book chapters for titles held at
any University of Iowa library (with the exception of Law and the Curriculum Lab).
For instructors to request materials for course reserve
Faculty Authorization Form (Proxy Card) 
Print paper form to apply for proxy card. Form may be taken or sent to any branch library or Main Library.
