Finding Wall Street Journal Articles

Access Wall Street Journal articles through the following databases:
Factiva | Proquest ABI/INFORM
Factiva — Wall Street Journal articles
Current Articles (from today and the past two weeks)
- Click on the Factiva link. (http://purl.lib.uiowa.edu/factiva)
- Look on the right side of the “News Pages” screen (Factiva’s main default page) for current Wall Street Journal articles.
- If needed, Select previous dates (the last two weeks) from the drop down menu under “The Wall Street Journal.”
Historical Articles (past issues dating back to 1/02/1984)
- Click on Factiva, then
- Click on “Search,” which is located in the top navigational bar, then
- Click on the word “Source,” which is located toward the middle of the screen then
- Type “Wall Street Journal” in the text box that is located to the right of “Find a source,” then
- Press Enter or click on the arrow, then
- Scroll down to The Wall Street Journal or appropriate publication title and click on the title once. Doing so moves the selected title to the “Source” field, which is located above “Find a Source.” Next
- Enter your search terms in the top “free text” search box, then
- Select the appropriate date from the drop down menu (the default is the “last 3 months”), then
- Click “Run Search.”

- Follow this Proquest ABI/INFORM link to the Wall Street Journal, Eastern Edition.
