Course Description
The purpose of this course is to introduce students to concepts and sources of business information. Sources are available in different formats, such as print, CD-ROM, and online databases. Students can use all of these tools at the Pomerantz Business Library (C320 PBB), in the PBB Computer Lab, and at various workstations throughout campus. In most cases, off-campus access is available. Students receive a series of handouts during the course. Some class time is used for hands-on instruction. In addition, four assignments require students to use the online resources.
