These loan times are for the Business Library — loans at other campus Libraries may differ:
| Material | Loan Period | Overdue Fine |
| Reserve material | 2 hours (most items) |
$2.40 per hour (4¢ per minute); $40.00 maximum |
| Journals, annual reports, working papers, older newspapers | 1 week | No daily fines; $15.00 replacement fine if the borrower is billed for the replacement cost |
| Books on recall for another reader | 1 week to return the book | $4.00 per day; $40.00 maximum |
| Regular books | Undergraduates: 4 weeks Graduate and Honor Students: Due last Wednesday in June Faculty and P&S Staff: Due first Monday in June |
No daily fines; $10.00 replacement fine if the borrower is billed for the replacement cost |
