Displaying, Downloading and Printing Search Results in CA Once you have your desired search results, you can display, download or print records either one-by-one or as a group, from the index window. For example, for the search results below:
SINGLE RECORD To display the full record (title, source, abstract, indexing fields), double To return to the title list, hit ESC. MULTIPLE RECORDS To select more than one record for downloading or printing, highlight the title of a record and click To download to diskette, click |
