languages. Covers from 1971. For the most recent literature it is best

Oya Soichi Bunko zasshi kiji sakuin mokuroku 大宅壮一文庫雑誌記事索引目録
This print index was created as an index to periodicals in the Oya Soichi
Bunko, a private library in Tokyo which has one of the most comprehensive
collections of popular journals in Japan. UI has the sets for Meiji-1984
and 1988-1995. (East Asian Reference Room Folio alcove.) CD-ROM version is available for 1997-2000 at Information Arcade.
CiNii
CiNii is a citation information index site offered by the National Institute of Informatics. Useful to find journal articles, and university bulletin articles. Full-text articles are available for free from the selected journals.
Zasshi kiji sakuin
Japanese periodical index created by National Diet Library. Access is not available between 14:00 and 17:00 (CDT).
