Please review these instructions before submitting your request:

  • Fields marked with * are required.
  • Instructors are responsible for determining whether their use of copyrighted materials falls under Fair Use. Submission of reserve requests indicates acceptance of responsibility for copyright compliance.
  • Please limit your requests to 25 items per form. Please contact staff at lib-res@uiowa.edu or 319/335-5912 if you would like to have more than 40 items for a particular class.
