Diagnosis: Insect bite reaction

Comments: A 6 year old girl developed recurrent crusted, lichenified, ecxoriated plaques following chronic insect bite reactions. The primary lesions are seen as uniform 3 to 4 mm edematous papules and vesicles in the related image Dscn1085 : "These lesions resulted from flea bites in a highly sensitized child."
