The University of Iowa Libraries no longer provides formal support for EndNote. The EndNote Support & Services page supplies a variety of filters and connection files and includes FAQs, tip sheets, and technical support contact information.

SilverPlatter / WebSPIRS (Includes Social Work Abstracts)
Click the SAVE Icon. Select COMPLETE RECORD from the Save these fields: drop-down box. Select SHORT LABELS from the Field names with: drop-down box. Click on SAVE at the top of the screen. Save the file with the extension .txt (Example: myfile.txt)
In EndNote: Select the appropriate database name, SilverPlatter version. (Example: Social Work Abstracts (SP) )
