This University of Iowa Libraries' Proxy Server provides students and faculty of the University of Iowa with free global access to thousands of electronic resources for scholarly research. The system allows students and faculty working off-campus to electronically access periodical and index databases and full-text resources.
When accessing a restricted resource, you will automatically be prompted to enter your Hawk ID & Password, at which point you will have full access to that resource.
Please visit the UI Libraries' Off-Campus Access page for more information.
If you forget your password, please contact MD Consult Customer Service at: 800-401-9962, or send a message to: mdc.customerservice@elsevier.com. (Telephone service hours: Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time )
Why can't I see the full-text for all of the titles in Journals@Ovid Full Text? Hardin Library subscribes to only 26 of the titles available through Journals@Ovid Full Text. To limit your retrieval to those 26 titles select the Limit Ovid Full Text Available or search the Ovid database YourJournals@Ovid.
