This patient’s right hand exhibited pustules on the palm and fingers, which is a symptom of his diagnosed “Reiter’s syndrome”. Reiter’s syndrome consists of a predominately three symptoms: arthritis, conjunctivitis and urinary tract infections, or urethritis.
