Reiter's Syndrome

 

This patient has ulcers on the mucosal membrane of the pharynx, which is one of the characteristics of Reiter's syndrome.

Reiter’s syndrome consists of a predominately three symptoms: arthritis, conjunctivitis and urinary tract infections, or urethritis. Due to its systemic arthritic symptoms, this disease is sometimes referred to as “seronegative spondyloarthropathy”.
