This is a selected list of free full-text online electronic medical journals, with an emphasis on journals that are included in PubMed Medline and have current issues available. Most of them have no trial period stated by the publisher; some are available on free trial basis. The second column has links to back issues (archives), links to a representative recent issue (with all articles full-text unless noted as selected), and a sample article from the issue. The third column has a link to a PubMed Medline search for citations in the journal; for help in using this search, see About Searching.

The Harvard Health Publications PubMed Medline search includes these titles: Harvard Health Letter [~75 articles], Harvard Heart Letter [~80], Harvard Mental Health Letter [~60], Harvard Women's Health Watch [~70], and Harvard Men's Health Watch [~50]. To get full-text articles, go to the PubMed searches for each title by clicking on the number in brackets following each title. Full-text articles are only available from the links in the PubMed searches; the full text is not available directly from the publisher sites.
