Case 2: Clinical

Patient was a 54 year old man referred for removal of mandibular left third molar. No tobacco or alcohol use.
Clinical findings: Slightly raised, rough erythematous attached gingiva at mandibular left second molar area.
Differential diagnosis: Foreign body reaction, carcinoma in situ, squamous cell carcinoma
Biopsy: Conservative exision of clinical lesion.
