Funded by a grant from the National Library of Medicine, this product from the University of Utah contains over 4000 questions compiled from the medical school's exam. The interface was designed to mimic the actual USMLE testing format. Tests can be timed.

Williams Obstetrics Self-Assessment and Study Guide
Williams offers over 2600 self-assessment questions with links back to material within the text. Categories and question counts can be customized. While this material is geared toward residents, fellows and practicing physicians, it may still be useful for Step 2 preparation.
