Journal Search, available only in the UI Libraries Catalog, searches a subset of the full catalog which only includes selected journal titles. The Journal Search database does not include titles published once per year or less frequently, newspapers, or monographic series (series whose individual volumes have different titles). It also does not contain records for some journals that were received prior to 1985 or for many journals to which we have electronic-only access.
If you do not find a record for a particular journal through a Journal Search, please try searching the full catalog. If you still do not find an entry for the journal, search the Main Library card catalog for older journals or check http://infolink.lib.uiowa.edu/e-journals for a full listing of accessible electronic journal titles
