Columbia International Affairs Online
:
Columbia International Affairs Online (CIAO) is designed to be the most comprehensive source for theory and research in international affairs. It publishes a wide range of scholarship from 1991 on that includes working papers from university research institutes, occasional papers series from NGOs, foundation-funded research projects, and proceedings from conferences.
Homeland Security Digital Library
:Provides access to important U.S. policy documents, presidential directives, and national strategy documents, as well as specialized resources such as theses and reports from various universities, organizations and local and state government agencies.
PAIS International
: Covers literature of public affairs and policy including political, economic, and social issues. Use this index to find references to articles, books, government documents, research reports, and more.

Project Muse
:Contains full-text for well over 200 journal titles from university publishers covering broad fields of study including history and political science.
JSTOR
: Provides image and full-text online access to back issues of selected cross-disciplinary scholarly journals. Consult the online tables of contents for holdings, as coverage varies for each title. Note that his database contains ONLY back issues. The JSTOR database does NOT include full-tex of the most recent 3-5 years.

Access World News
:Newspaper collections from NewsBank provide full-text articles from the electronic editions of record for over 600 U.S. and over 700 international newspapers. Includes: The New York Times, Chicago Tribune, and The Des Moines Register.
World News Connection
:WNC is an on-line news service of non-U.S. translated and English language media sources covering 1994-present. Foreign Broadcast Information Service (FBIS) is the source of WNC and offers an electronic index of media information from 1977 to 1996. The full-text of these news stories are on microfiche in the Reference Reading Room in the Main Library.
