Instructional Services Reporting enables you to track and report instructional activities. Please complete an Instructional Services Report after each session (course-related instruction, seminar, orientation, etc.) that you teach.

UI Libraries Instructional Facilities
The Main Library
- Information Arcade
- Classroom one (1015A) - a networked, dual-platform (Mac and Windows) 24-station computer classroom where faculty and staff teach courses that take advantage of interactive learning materials and techniques.
- Classroom two (1015I) - a 24-station wireless laptop classroom, allowing flexible seating in a hands-on learning environment.

- Information Arcade Project Rooms -
ideal for group study, group projects, and small case-based learning/problem-based learning discussion groups.
- Project Room One can facilitate up to ten people. It has one Mac and one Windows computer, a whiteboard, and a desktop projector.
- Project Room Two can facilitate up to eight people. The Macintosh workstation runs both Mac OS and Windows OS and has two monitors for greater workspace. The room has a large whiteboard and a desktop projector.
- Project Room Three can facilitate up to five people. The Macintosh workstation runs both Mac OS and Windows OS. Audio monitoring equipment allows playback in 5.1 surround.

To check the calendar, use Outlook. To schedule the room, contact Kathy Magarrell. There are 15 Windows student workstations. The instructor's station has one PC and a projector. Guidelines for using 4037
- Conference Rooms East and West
These can be used separately or as one large room. To check their availability and to schedule the rooms, use Outlook. The East Conference Room has a computer and projector.
Other Libraries on Campus
- Information Commons Classrooms, Hardin Library for the Health Sciences
Two computer classrooms are available, each with access to 25+ workstations and the space to easily accommodate 50 students. The West classroom dual boots Windows and Red Hat Linux. To check availability and make reservations, use the Electronic classrooms calendar.
- Information Commons Group Study, Hardin Library for the Health Sciences
The group study has seating for 12 people. Laptops and a projector may be checked out at the Information Commons service desk. To check availability and make reservations, use the Electronic classrooms calendar.
- Robert C. Hardin Conference Room (401), Hardin Library for the Health Sciences
The conference room has seating for 30+ with a ceiling mounted projector. The schedule can be viewed in Outlook as LIB-HLHS401. For reservations, contact Deanna Redlinger, Secretary, at 319-335-9871.
Campus Instructional Facilities
The Facilities Services Group’s Space Planning and Utilization Department schedules classrooms on campus.
Some Instructional Technology Centers (ITCs) can be reserved for instruction.
