LexisNexis Congressional (1789-present) - an index of U.S. legislative publications with full-text from mid-1980's to present
U.S. Serial Set - full-text reports, documents, and journals of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives may be browsed or searched by name, topic, etc. (1817-1935; when complete 1817-1980).
