Reserve ServicesThe reserve desk is open all hours that the library is open. Hours may change during vacations, holidays, and interim sessions. Consult the schedule posted on the general information page. The reserve book collection is comprised of materials requested by faculty to be used by students; these materials are limited to short-term loans of two hours or three days. Materials are shelved in closed stacks in an area directly behind the main check-out counter. You must present a valid University of Iowa ID to check out reserve materials. All electronic readings can be accessed through your course ICON site. The library's video collection circulates for class presentations only. However, students may view video materials in the Psychology Library by presenting a valid University of Iowa ID.
