Since the year 1300, there have been 26 previous such designated celebrations which are listed in this miniature book. B20th 18/3117.

Bound in green leather with title and design gold stamped on the front cover. Edges gilt stamped. The headquarters for Goodyear is in Akron, Ohio, so it is appropriate that copies of this miniature were first released in Ohio at the Conclave. The frontispiece is a United States airmail stamp of September 3, 1954, when the cost of sending a postcard by airmail was four cents. B20th 19/3109.

Red leather with gilt edges. This little book is intended to welcome the world’s greatest athletes to the Summer Games of the XXIII Olympiad. Each copy has a 28 cent airmail commemorative stamp tipped in as a frontispiece and there are six blank pages at the end for additional Olympic stamps of the owner’s choice. “It is indeed appropriate that the 1984 games be stageed in California, home of the giant Sequoia Redwood tress, the only organisms still alive which were flourishing when the ancient games took place.
