Course Reserves
Instructors place "on reserve" certain materials--book chapters, films, art items, e.g.--for short-term loan to students. The library catalog COURSE RESERVES database includes most materials placed in reserves. NOTE: Electronic or e-reserves (e.g., PDF’s, website links) are available to students through ICON.
Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services
Borrow research materials not owned by the University of Iowa Libraries through interlibrary loan from other libraries. Also, journal articles or book chapters from journals owned by the University of Iowa Libraries can be scanned and provided electronically through document delivery.
