Linotype Granjon by Kent LeFebvre and printed letterpress on Rives
paper by Darrell Hyder at The Sun Hill Press, North Brookfield,
Massachusetts. The photographs were taken by Hillsman Stuart Jackson,
Dallas, Texas, and printed in duotone by Allethaire Press,
Williamsburg, Massachusetts. Elisabeth Hyder designed the cover
papers, with binding by Gallery Leather, Mt. Desert, Maine. This is
copy 486 signed by David Lawrence.
