Colophon: After two mini editions and three or four pages of this
one, I slolved the problem of getting reasonably uniform margins. Now
I have some hope of learning to use ink sparingly. Some pages of this
book show smudges of set-0off, my first such experience with
Tweedweave.
The illustrations are a new venture for us: After severalhighly
unflattering profexssional shots to go with newspaper articles about
the Rather Press, I decided to try self timer shots with my Minolta,
using Tri-X film and available light. So the illustrations are all
self portraits. / We used eighty pound Tweedweave despite the fact
that some mini producers object to such heavy paper; and 8 point
Centaur type, VanSon latex ink, along with a lot of sleepless nights
of worry. / We hope to come out with 150 copies that Lois will have
to bind with little help from one handed me. Clif Rather.
