Colophon: One hundred copies of this miniature book have been set in
6 pt 'De Roos Romein', printed at the handpress on 90 grs Hahnemuhle
Buttenpapier and were hand bound in full leather. Photogravure: Johan
de Zoete; Typography: Guus Thurkow; Binding: Luce Thurkow. This is
#27 of 200 copies. Completed during August 1984. Laus Deo!
The two poems are intitled "To Helen", and "Annabel Lee"
respectively. Black and white photograph frontispiece by Johan de
Zoete. Bound in full black leather with title paper affixed to front
cover.

Gelder Zonen in Amsterdam. The standard edition is limited to 155
copies, numbered 1-133. A special edition of 12 copies, numbered
I-XII, has been executed with the copperplate engraving in four
states and the initials heightened with gold. Design and initials:

handcolouring: Luce Thurdow. This is copy number 31.
The 3rd miniature of this press. This is the translation of the
Jewish Publication Society and is "undoubtely the best English
translation in existence." Frontispiece is a numbered, signed,
copper-plate engraving. Bound in full vellum.

Colophon: Oscar Wilde's The House of Judgment first published in 'The
Spirit Lamp', Oxford, 1893, has been calligraphed on 18th Century
handmade paper by J.H. Moesman in Tullen't Waal and was bound by Luce
Thurkow in Utrecht in the year 1985.
Loose Colophon: (inserted in pocket at the end of the book): This
publication of The Catharijne Press is dedicated to Ronald Thurkow.
Printed in four colors by Hans Hartzheim after a calligraphed
original by J.H. Moesman. The standard edition is limited to 150
copies, numbered 1-150, printed on 90 grs Hahnemuhle Antique and
bound in brown cloth by Luce Thurkow. A special edition of 15 copies,
numbered I-XV, has been printed on vellum by Guus Thurkow. One
standard-edition copy, lettered A, goes with the original. This is
copy number XIV. Completed during August 1986. Laus Deo!
Bound in white vellum with the title printed in black on the front
cover with black ribbons to tie book closed. Kept inside a cardboard
covering held together with a blue rubber band.
