This miniature book was published on the occasion of the exhibition
Jews in Yugoslavia. This exhibition for the first time showed the
almost two thousand year long history of Jews in what is today
Yugoslavia. The life of the Jewish people and their culture was
depicted in photographs, explained in commentaries and illustrated by
numerous fine exhibitis of great value. The most important and most
valuable among these exhibits was quite certainly the original of the
Sarajevo Haggadah, which is kept in the National Museum in
Sarajevo.
Bound in maroon leather with the title gold stamped on the front
cover. Text is written in English and contains many color
illustrations.
