Charles Edward Shreeves has presented several dozen leaflets, pamphlets, and booklets about food and nutrition and dating to the turn-of-the-last century. This collection enhances similar material in the Chef Louis Szathmary Collection of the Culinary Arts.

The pamphlet from which the following images are taken is titled Taste the Taste and Some Cookery News, published in Boston by the Wm. Underwood Co., 1909.
