The registration fee includes conference materials, receptions, Saturday & Sunday continental breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, Saturday lunch, banquet, and Sunday picnic. A reduced registration rate is available to students and those who register prior to June 20, 2005. Advanced registration is encouraged. Registration may be completed online, by mail, or fax.

If you prefer to register online, you may do so here. You may find it helpful to print out the pdf version of the registration form before registering online, as the online registration provides a simplified "shopping cart" without some of the more helpful registration information.

In the unfortunate event that you should need to cancel your registration, all but $25 of your registration fee will be refunded if the request for cancellation is received by The Center for Conferences (1-800-551-9029) on or before July 15. No refunds will be given after that date.
