Day one: Monday, February 23, 2004
11:00am Poster setup
  Poster presenters are welcome to set up their posters between 11:00am and 1:00pm, before the official start of the conference.
1:00pm Welcome and conference kickoff
  Conference co-chairs: Nancy Baker, University Librarian, University of Iowa
Molly Langstaff, Director, ITS Academic Technologies, University of Iowa
1:25pm Speaker introduction Nancy Baker, University of Iowa
1:30pm Keynote speaker Clifford Lynch, Executive Director, Coalition for Networked Information
2:30pm Break
3:00pm Small groups working session: Values clarification exercise.
  Working with a CMS/Library Services Issues and Opportunities Matrix, participants will discuss and flesh out details surrounding selected issues and opportunities.
5:00pm Day one concludes

Day two: Tuesday, February 24, 2004

8:00am - 9:00am

Coffee and Poster Session Setup
Data from previous day's exercise will be available in printed form.

8:30am Introduction
  Review data gathered on previous day, discussion and introduction to poster session.
8:45am Poster sessions
  Three 15-minute round-robin presentations (starting at 8:45, 9:05, and 9:25)
9:45am - 11:30am

Informal poster sessions
Has your institution explored any possibilities for library/course management system collaborations or interoperability?  The Library/CMS conference invites all CIC member institutions to share. 

11:30am Lunch
  Lunch will be provided; attendees can combine lunch with informal visiting and the end of the poster sessions.
12:30pm Small groups working session: Prioritization exercise.
Self-groups with common interests meet to discuss outcomes; each is formed around one of the major issues/opportunities in the matrix (these are not necessarily the same small groups as Day 1). 
1:30pm Break
1:45pm Final reports
  Representative from each small group presents their prioritized list of important issues and opportunities.
2:45pm Final discussion Other issues, brief discussion, next steps
3:00pm Conclusion Conference chair officially closes the conference.
