Iowa Health Information Outreach
This web site is designed to suit the Internet needs and interests of participants in the Iowa Health Information Outreach (IHIO) project. However, other healthcare professionals, and the public should feel free to utilize this site to further advance their knowledge base. This project will allow healthcare professionals, in 9 Iowa counties that are considered non-metropolitan and underserved, to access health information resources via web-based sources, and to link up with the resources of the University of Iowa's health sciences library, the state library, other regional and national healthcare information resources. This site will help to serve as a guide and starting point to the resources, as well as a meeting area in cyberspace for these targeted professionals to share ideas, and get feedback.
