When you have filled out the form and submitted it, you will be prompted to retrieve your newly-entered registration record. Your information will be displayed back to you. Print out the page and send it to the address indicated, along with a check or money order for $100. Deadline for registration at the $100 rate is September 30, 1999 or earlier if the conference fills. The late registration fee (received after September 30th) is $125. Deadline for conference cancellation and reimbursement of registration fees is October 16, 1999. Refunds will not be available after that date. REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. We are currently at capacity for the conference.
