The scrapbooks contain a wealth of documentation concerning the campaign for women\u2019s participation in national and local governance. Photography, correspondence, printed material and news clippings compiled in the scrapbooks document national leaders and influential organizations spanning the period of the 1940\u2019s to the 1990\u2019s. Manuscript annotations by Louise Noun provide an additional layer of information.<\/p>\n<p>The scrapbooks were mended and the pages provided with attractive, buffered interleave sheets. New enclosures were provided for the original founders scrapbooks.
