Capitol Street, entrance to ramp can be found off S. Capitol St and S. Clinton St.\n<ul>\n<li>This ramp adjoins the University Capitol Center (UCC, aka Old Capitol Town Center)<\/li>\n<li>Cost: first hour free, $1 per hour for each additional hour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>On S.
