GRAD:6520:001:Visualization Basics: Interactive Dashboards<\/strong><\/p>\n This course introduces students to the process of transforming research data into compelling interactive visualizations. Through hands-on activities, participants will learn to collect, organize, analyze, and visualize data using Excel and Tableau Public while applying principles of data storytelling and user-centered dashboard design. Students will learn how to translate domain-specific research tasks into structured environments autonomous agents can iteratively test. The course emphasizes building robust evaluation metrics, setting safe boundaries for agent execution, and writing directive files to guide exploration.
