{"id":20,"date":"2019-09-20T12:43:55","date_gmt":"2019-09-20T12:43:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.lib.uiowa.edu\/undergraduate-engagement\/icru-2\/"},"modified":"2026-03-11T20:25:56","modified_gmt":"2026-03-11T20:25:56","slug":"research-award","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.lib.uiowa.edu\/undergraduate-engagement\/research-award\/","title":{"rendered":"Undergraduate Library Research Award"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"alert alert--info\">\n<div class=\"alert-inner\">\n<div class=\"\u201calert-body&quot;\">\n<h2>Award Details<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<p>Sponsored by the University of Iowa Libraries, the Undergraduate Library Research Award is awarded to undergraduate students who have demonstrated creative or innovative use of collections, materials, resources, and services from the UI Libraries in their research. <strong>Two awards will be given in the amount of $500 each.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Faculty sponsored or independent research, including projects, papers, and course assignments are eligible.\u00a0Funds are used at the student\u2019s own discretion.
