You must be an enrolled, undergraduate student to apply.
Lockers are distributed on a first come, first served basis.
The Libraries are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
There will be one locker per student per semester.
After two consecutive semesters, the locker must be relinquished for the use of other students.
After a one semester break, you may apply for a new locker.
Lockers are not renewable.
Applicants will receive an email notification within 48 hours of locker assignment.

The Libraries reserves the right to inspect locker contents when deemed necessary.
All occupants must use a lock supplied by the Library. These locks are the property of the UI Libraries and may not be removed. Students will be charged a replacement cost for loss, theft or damage to these locks.
Lockers may not be altered permanently.
The Libraries reserves the right to terminate your locker agreement at any time for campus security violations and/or student misconduct.
You will be provided a combination at the time of locker assignment. Do not put your own lock on any locker or change the combination. Users will be charged a locker replacement cost of $15.00.
Do not store perishable or prohibited items in the locker.
