Research Assignment Design Consultations For Instructors

Make an appointment with Cathy Cranston or Katie Hassman to discuss a fresh take on your library research assignments. We are happy to discuss anything, from rewording your assignment for clarity about our library resources, or a complete revamping of your assignment to help address areas where students may need more assistance with the research process.

Success in Rhetoric (SIR) meets at The SEAM

SIR is student-led, drop-in supplemental instruction for rhetoric that is open to all rhetoric students.

Spring 2018 SIR Schedule:

There are peer-led study sessions for Rhetoric (RHET:1030) students.

Presentation Skills/Speaking Skills Help Sessions:

  • Sundays from 5:00-6:00 PM
  • Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00 PM

Paper Writing/Editing Help Sessions:

  • Sundays from 6:00-7:00 PM
  • Wednesdays from 5:00-6:00 PM

Rhetoric Course Content Help Sessions:

  • Mondays from 4:30-5:30 PM and 6:00-7:00 PM
  • Tuesdays from 3:30-4:30 PM and 7:00-8:00 PM
  • Wednesdays from 2:30-3:30 PM
  • Thursdays from 4:00-5:00 PM and 6:00-7:00 PM
