Scope and Contents

The papers of Lucas J. DeKoster consist of two boxes measuring one linear foot and dating from 1967 to 1982. They are comprised solely of his legislative newsletters and correspondence. The newsletters (which in his diary he refers to as "a euphemism for campaign letter") make up the first box of his papers, while correspondence fills the second. Letters from Charles Grassley, Thomas Tauke, and Arthur A. Neu are included here.

There are two large boxes of unprocessed papers in this collection.
