Note: There was a copy of The League of Nations Chronicle, January 1931, Vol.4:No.1, the Chicago Convention Number, with this collection of clippings. Since it had fallen to pieces, it was discarded. Several libraries, including Augustana in South Dakota, have copies of this issue.
