Please read our Use of Manuscripts Statement.

Acquisitons Note: The FBI files of Henry Agard Wallace were partially declassified in 1983. In 1990, G. J. White, of the Department of History at the University of Sydney requested these files under the Freedom of Information Act. In 1994, he donated these materials to the University of Iowa Libraries. These are photocopies, sometimes of carbon copies. Some copies are nearly illegible and some have great portions blacked out. However, there is still good information here. Indeed the very existence of these files and the situations which were investigated are interesting in their own right.

These were left in the order in which they were received. There is no discernable arrangement, with years being mixed together seemingly at random, and many of the documents are either not dated or have had the date obscured.
