London Almanack for the Year of Christ 1790. London: Company of Stationers Engraving of York House, 1790. n.p. 2 5/16″ x 1 3/8″. COLOPHON: Printed for the Company of Stationers Engraving of York House, the residence of His Royal Highness, the Duke of York by J. Carter. With lists of Common Notes, A Table of Kings and Queens reigns from the time of William the Conqueror of 1066 to George II who ascended the throne in 1760 and who was still reigning at this time. Also, a list of the Lord Mayors from 1769 to 1790, of the Sheriffs for the same period, a list of the holidays, and of the current coins. With marbled end papers. Bound in red leather with ornate gold designs on both covers and spine. In a red leather slip-case with the same gold designs as the cover. Welsh 4582.

London Almanack for 1870. 24 pp. 2 3/8″ x 1 5/16″. Bound in maroon calf. All edges gilt. A fine copy in the original calf slip-case (which has one tiny nick at top edge). Not listed in Welsh.

The Victoria Miniature Almanack and Fashionable Remembrances for 1848. London, W. Strange, 1848. 2 7/16″ x 1 ½”. Frontispies printed in gold opposite bust of Victoria and decorations also in gold. Common notes Eclipses, Law Terms, University Terms, a list of members of the royal family with their birth dates, Holidays at the Bank of England, Table of stamps, bills, and promissory notes, Bankers in London, a table to calculate wages, general post office information, poems, wise sayings, a ball room guide and ads. AEG bound in green leather with a strap fastener. Welsh 6936.
