Wireless covers the public areas in Hardin Library for the Health Sciences and the Galleria/vending area. The University of Iowa is part of the eduroam wirless network.
To connect a new device to eduroam:
1. Select UI-Wireless-Setup for automatic configuration
2. Your username for eduroam must be formatted like this: hawkid@uiowa.edu. You will use your Iowa HawkID and password, not your Healthcare password.
If you are a visitor:
You may connect to UI-Guest wireless without a HawkID or password, though that wireless network may be less secure.
