This index is based on a file of 3×5″ paper slips compiled by Earl M. Rogers. The file was typed by Xuefan Sun in August 1996. That typescript was scanned, OCRed, and edited against the original slips in March 2001. Each of the 46 oral history transcripts was sequentially numbered — in Roman numerals — and this is the order in which they continue to be shelved.
The index below refers to people, organizations and subjects mentioned in the noted oral history interviews. In the first entry, for example, Norma Adams is the subject of a part of Lois Boulware’s interview. Reference to her appears on pages 64-66 of volume XXXVII.
