The Libraries Annex is located within the Independence Road Annex (IRA). The collection is closed to the public, but use of material on-site may be arranged in under special circumstances.

There is one patron entrance into the Libraries Annex, from the parking lot at ground level. The building is locked to the outside and there are not automatic doors. The facility is on a single floor.
