- To the southeast of the Seamans Center – Capitol Street Ramp, 220 S. Capitol Street, entrance to ramp can be found off S. Capitol St and S. Clinton St.
- This ramp adjoins the University Capitol Center (UCC, aka Old Capitol Town Center)
- Cost: first hour free, $1 per hour for each additional hour.
- On S. Capitol St (running north-south between the UCC or Old Capitol Town Center)
- In front of the University Capitol Center (Old Capitol Mall) entrance for International Programs there is limited parking for 15-minute loading zone available to public
- In front of the Seamans Center is Moped Parking
- The rest of the street is restricted to service/commercial vehicles
