Accessible parking locations
There are no accessible parking spaces associated with the Voxman Music Building. There is a drop-off area at the Clinton St. entrance, which is also the entrance closest to the Music Library.
The closest accessible spaces to the building are in the Court St. Ramp, Capitol St. Ramp, and in front of the Johnson County courthouse (only two metered spaces). Court St. Ramp, while further away than the Capitol St. Ramp, is easier to navigate and does not require crossing the quite busy intersection of Burlington and Clinton streets.
Parking Garages
There are three Iowa City parking garages within walking distance of the Voxman Music Building:
- Capitol St. Ramp (on the corner of Burlington and Clinton streets). This ramp is cashiered and accepts both cash and credit.
- Court St. Ramp (on the corner of Court and Dubuque streets, connected to the Hilton Garden Inn). This ramp is automated and only accepts credit card.
- Dubuque St. Ramp (on the corner of Burlington and Dubuque streets, connected to The Graduate hotel). This ramp is cashiered and accepts both cash and credit.

Metered parking
Iowa City has metered spaces along Court Street, which are first-come, first-served. Meters accept change, credit card, or payment via the parking app, ParkMobile app. The spaces are two hour, short-term.
Meters are enforced Monday-Saturday, 8am-6pm, with some holiday exceptions.

University parking
There closest University lot to the Voxman Music Building with public parking is the Recreation Center Lot, which is a two and half block walk, uphill. Hours are 24/7, with cashier on duty. Rates are posted on the Lot’s webpage and vary by hour of the day, day of the week, and there are restrictions for special events.
