Interlibrary Loan/Article Delivery Request System

Request a book, photocopy of an article or book chapter, view/modify outstanding requests, renew checked out items, and view request history.

Search over 90 million books from the collections of 15 research libraries, request, and receive within a week.

Interlibrary Loan (ILL): Books, journal articles, and other research materials not owned by the University of Iowa Libraries can usually be borrowed from other libraries.

Proxy Users: Request a proxy ILL account through this online form and then place requests, using your proxy username and password:  Interlibrary Loan/Article Delivery Request System.

Article Delivery: Copies of journal articles and book chapters from a title held in any University of Iowa library (with the exception of Law Library) can be scanned and delivered to your desktop.

UBorrow:  Search and request books from the libraries of the Big Ten Universities, plus the University of Chicago.
